My Goals for this week are as follows:
- Blog my food and exercise daily.
-Have seven 100% days with my food. This means I will continue to not eat any bread this week and eat only once every four hours.
- Treat myself to a new outfit!
- Be a good buddy by keeping in touch and being encouraging.
- Have fun!
