Welcome new Heartbreakers! We realy do need new blood in here.

I hope you all feel comfortable and will keep checking in and enjoying what buddyslim and the Heartbreakers group have to offer.
My goals this week:
1-more water (I have realy been slacking on this one, and it's the easy one!)
2-exercise 6 days
3-make my veggie soup
4-look for new exercises
