I think i've been snacking on too many nuts and seeds. --too much sodium and fat. They are just so quick and easy and I like the crunch! Any other crunchy easy phase one snack ideas anyone?

Me too...I'm having a hard time with the nuts as well! Today I did the raw almonds no salt and felt better about that, but miss all the salt!
