Welcome Wonder Woman...your graphics are awesome. I'll repost my goals as well. Maybe it will make me do well this week, you know how repetition helps the brain!

1. exercise every day
2. water,water, water
3. clean out and organize another bedroom
4. portion control
5. lose at least 1 pound
6. stay positive
