Great idea! I'm reposting my goals!
Goals for the week -
-Log all my food no matter how good or bad
-Stay around 1200 calories and under 40 grams of fat
-Lots and lots of water
-No soda
-Work out 5 days this week at minimum 30 minutes but really shoot for 45
-Run 3 days this week
-Be supportive to everyone the best way I know how
-Aim for Super Hottness! Yeah Baby! lol (kidding)
