Hello, great job to all and as far as how i did it this week. well, i was drinking 3 2liter bottles of soda each day, and didn't move, and i was taking in over 4000 calories per day.

now i have cut out all the soda and replaced it with water and some cool ade (low sugar). I have been stacking my own skids at work and mowing the grass, taking walks, and even dancing with my 8 year old to up beat music. I now have cut my calories (without depriving my self) back to 1500 to 1800 calories per day. this is a start (baby steps), i hope to get fit (for me) and get healthy (for my kids). i feel tired at this point

but i am determaned to do this...(this is a shock to my system). well, good luck this week, keep up the good work....stacie
