Monday ~ 40 mins. jog/walk treadmill / 10 min for abs / 20 push-ups
Tuesday ~ 20 mins.TJ & 20 TJ Abs / 20 push-ups
Wednesday ~ Bad Night..20 push ups and 60 crunches
Thursday ~ Nada...bad tummy..BLAH
