Lara's so right...the encouragement is what helps make us successful. And I've told her that even though I'm close to my goal weight, I rely on this forum and eveyone's encouragement. I know that once I've reached my goal, the battle isn't over....because then I have to maintain that weight and reach the point that the healthy eating and exercising habits are so much a part of my life that I no longer have to give them any thought, I'll just do them.
