my plan for the week:
1. under 1400 cals a day
2. do all my workouts in the morning
3. 4 days of Jillian Michaels Phase 3, and as many team challenges and floor work as I have time for IN THE MORNING!
4. Practice some relaxation techniques in the evening.
5. spend more time with Ted in the evenings, and so some beadwork
6. Log on and support, harass and cheer my buddies!!
7. still phase 2 of South Beach
8. learn to have a balance in my life and taketime for for myself
