Re: Diamonds: Week 13
Hello all. Busy week here. Trying somthing new so I might not be on much.
Goals for the week:
C25K Daily - week 2 3 days, week 1 the other days
Water - make sure I get it all daily
Sleep - 7 hours a night
Mind - take time to study the things I need to and something creative daily. My kids get up 2 hours after me and go to bed 3 hours before me, no reason I can't manage this.
Just because - take a "meat" recipe and make it vegetarian and still tasty.
