I didn't eat too bad, Friday I had roast beef, vegetables and applesauce for dinner and some brownies later on that night (I think I broke the don't eat after 7 rule) and today I had a tuna sandwich from Panara, fruit juice, low sugar cherry ice for desert, then for dinner corn, chicken and pasta...
I didn't keep up with my water though because I was away from home, soft drink doesn't taste good anymore and right now I wish I had a cold glass of water!!
