WEIGH IN: LOST ONE POUND
I'm still trying to make up for my gain. However I'm keeping in mind this is THE WEEK. I've been keeping somewhat of a journal myself over the last 6 months with my weight. The week before my TOM I usually am several pounds over but then it balances out later. I'm making excuses here because I really did well with my eating this week compared to the last 2 weeks. And I did not gain this week like I did last week. Last week when I gained 2 lbs., I was into the ICE CREAMIt sounds like we all have that in common. Afterall it IS summer. Fudge bars are good, low calorie and have a chocolate-satisfying trait. So maybe we should all get some. Or the other SF frozen treats that appeal to you. Take a look next time you are shopping.
APRIL: I was not able to meet your challenge of trying the new healthy food but I am next time I go to town. I live 30 min. away from a grocery.
