Re: letting go of binge eating
UGH! I am finding this battle harder this week with my PMS....TOM is due by Sunday or Monday (and saying I hadn't gained anything yet yesterday...may have invited the weight cuz I feel bloated etc. today) and I always feel like OD'ing on carbs and chocolate. I don't think I will even hit the scale for another week just to keep myself from getting discouraged on top of hormones... I am really trying to stay focused, drink my water and keep my exercising! I have saved a pile on groceries/junk food in the past week and a half though!
We have to all hang in there during these trying time periods....press on...stay focused and stay positive! We CAN do this people!
