Hmmm Annie I have never heard of that but it sounds pretty good. I did have a dish this weekend I am not familiar with. Its raw fish with shrimp. You dont cook the fish..you marinade it in lime juice and the juice "cooks" it. Then you add in cilantro, shredded carrots, purple onions...not sure what else...BUT it was delicious. You serve it cold. WOW
