I'm trying to work on my attitude here too, my family used to eat out EVERY day, literally... to the point when my children were younger (enjoying the play aparatus at McD's age) one actually said to me something along the lines of "mommy can you cook today, I don't want to have (insert a string of restaurant names here) tonight. I assured him that every single one of his friends would rather eat at any of those places than at home... When my oldest had his first girlfriend she LOVED eating "at our house" (NOT at our house) and he LOVED eating at her house (her mom cooked EVERY night)

so, to my point... that has a cost associated with it, but I balk at the cost of groceries... why is that? I KNOW in my head that I have to be spending less in groceries than what is used to cost me to feed 5 ppl 10-15 meals per week in a restaurant... but it seems like its worth it... I have to change my attitude to the point where I can grocery shop guilt free (because I eat out guilt free...)

I don't know what the issue is... if its the cooking, the cleaning, the being at home... I'm at a loss, I'm an awesome cook, and my whole family prefers most of my food to any restaurant... so it's not that...

Any ideas?
