Hi all,
I don't have a lot of time right now. I plan on blogging my homework either later tonight or tomorrow. I just found out that one of my student's father passed away Saturday. The wake is tonight and I feel like I should go, so I called my coworker and she and I are going tonight. So I am now on the search of something that fits correctly and is cool and appropriate for a wake. Wish me luck.
I really don't like going to these things and especially when the child is so young to loose a parent is difficult. I never know what to say or what to do. Nothing I can say is going to bring back his father. Hopefully just knowing that I am there will be good for him and give him some peace for a few moments.
