1. Heavy cleaning for about 5 hours
2.45 minutes of kickboxing, 3o minutes of walking and interval training with leslie Sansone
3.45 minute kicboxing clas, 30 minute with Leslie
4.Walked around camp ground 2 times, played 3 games of vollyball
5.Ate all day-No exersize...bad bad girl...but it is the truth...
6. 2 mile walk
7. kickboxing for 45 minutes and Leslie walk and kick 30 minutes
