I apologize for not weighing in. I have never missed a weigh in but this time it just could not be helped. I had too many family members to entertain. I barely had time to shower much less get on the computer. THANK GOD THEY ALL WENT HOME! WOOHOO! Yesterday I did not get up until after 11. I was exhausted. Then the clean up started. *yuck*

I have gotten VERY discouraged. It was just the week... I know it...his whole family here..lots of VERY bad food. No sleep...So I am starting again.

Labor day challenge is a good way for me to push myself.
