Re: South Beach Sun Bathers
Well, I started Phase 1 today. This is my first time trying the South Beach Diet. I was going to start yesterday but wasn't 100% ready. I did pretty good today, but I felt the urge to munch more...hopefully that will pass soon! I made a quiche to have on hand for a quick breakfast for the week. I was having a hard time coming up with lunch ideas, but today I tried a turkey roll up with lettuce and it was much better than I expected...so between that and salads along with a few leftovers from dinner I should be ok with lunches during phase 1, which was my biggest worry. How is everyone else doing????
