I can SO relate. I tend to do well thru part of the week and then ruin the rest of it. Makes you feel HORRIBLE!!!! I am hoping I can snap myself back into determination mode...
GOALS:
1. Drink water
2. Walk on breaks and lunch
3. Get healthy snacks to keep in my desk at work
4. learn a good way to keep myself in the right mindset and stop sabotaging myself
