Good Job Wild Cats on all the weight lost this past week!!!!
My plan for this week is as follows:
1. no more than 1500 calories a day
2. 30 minutes of exercise 6 days this week
3. do the challenges
4. 64 oz of water each day
5. take my multivitamin
6. no more night time eating
7. cheer on and support my Wild Cat teammates to victory again this week
