Whats up Rockstars...sorry I didn't get on at all yesterday...I was at a cookout most of the day than a couple friends and I stayed over my bestfriends house and had a few drinks and played Rock Band til 4am. Talk about dorks...lol It was a lot of fun though. I'm paying for it today though...hangover from hell.

I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe 4th of July. I know I did pretty crappy with eating right yesterday but I promised myself I would start new tomorrow. I'm not going to beat myself up about it. Wipe the food off my chin and start again...lol As for my weight loss...I think I've maintained this week. I missed weight watchers weigh in today so I don't have the exact accuracy I usually give. But according to the scale we have here I'm still at 225. Sorry for not losing this week...I promise I'll step it up next week.

Today had been sorta a lazy day...I did go for a walk tonight with my daughter it was only about 15min but than I took her in our backyard to swing her for a little while. It was just so dang hot out there...we didnt' stay out to long.

I'm so excited to say that Lily took her first steps today all my herself...woo hoo! She only took like 3 steps but its a start...it was so cute...I just love her to pieces.
